I am a teacher walkin’, facilitator talkin’
King of my classroom, just a Math-man stalkin’
Teaching math like a firecracker, quick is my fuse
The real answers are solutions to the numbers you choose
X or Y‘re just symbols, they don’t really matters
They give the same solution once you've determined the patterns
Our learning of Math will never die…just multiply…

I’m to set the goal, fool…my expectation high, cool

I am teachin’ you persistence, dividin’ all resistance
Any quotient we find, we turn on our mind
Math is beautiful and beautiful is math
Apathy is a dream, hard work is the path
Growing numbers…exponential, your calculations of all
With your numbers behind you, a mathematician stands tall
Tell me what is the pattern, what shapes do you find
Open up to the possible, don't become be blind
Let us all subtract; we can all make a difference...

My rules are quite simple, they sum up to five
I add consistent consequences so the class becomes alive
My game is knowledge, my taxonomy high
I show lots of emotion to encourage kids to try
Committed to my mission which is totally right

So I teach like a giant, calculator defiant
You say it is hard, I say you can find it!
Achievement is the mantra, it is all that I care
You’re a star on the wall with work beyond compare
As you reach new heights and fly with the wind
Your love for Math will most certainly begin
Now it is time, so let me define
What Math is, do not cross the line
It's all about patterns that we feel with our senses
We start by counting and then create number sentences
Don’t try to act lazy, your tired eyes do not faze me
When you succeed like a life-long learner, it will not amaze me
Because our numbers…our life, with them you will pass...
So study up hard so you can take my Physics class!…
